Last weekend we were doing some shopping at a local Children's store. There was a young Mama there that had on the cutest knit headband. As soon as we got home I grabbed my knitting needles and got to work. I decided to give mine my own little flare! : I used a very chunky yard, and opted against using circular needles.
My Yarn -
Lion Brand Hometown USA in Oakland Black
My Needles -
US 17 - 12 3/4 mm needle
-cast on 8 stitches knit until desired length!

Stitch ends together...There is you head band!
You can add on a flower applique...(or two or three) like I did as well!
Now thats cute!
